Management Contractor
Once appointed, Analytica shall advise the client about design and construction matters. Works are divided into packages and Analytica shall manage the bidding processes for the respective packages and subsequently the appointment of the contractors after duly discussing it with the client. Analytica shall then coordinate with the design team and enable all working contractors to complete their respective works.
